Welcome back to Flying Kiwi Ice Cream! We’re Dustin and Lindsay, the husband-and-wife duo behind the truck. After an incredible first year, we are so excited to kick off our second season serving the community we love. Our mission remains the same: celebrating the vibrant flavors of real fruit with our signature Kiwi-inspired twist. At Flying Kiwi Ice Cream, community comes first. As lifelong locals, serving at school events, church gatherings, festivals, and fundraisers feels personal. We love seeing families connect and kids try New Zealand–style ice cream for the first time because great food brings people together.
As a husband-and-wife team, we’re hands-on in every detail, from sourcing ingredients to serving at the window, ensuring quality, integrity, and genuine connection with every customer.

Here is a look at our updated menu for season two! We are excited to add cones to our menu as well as Biscoff ice cream sandwiches. Our signature flavors feature real fruit and simple ingredients, with customer favorites like Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, Mango, while also rotating seasonal fruits throughout the year. Be sure to check back to see what’s currently spinning.
We also offer a variety of toppings to customize your treat, with a focus on quality and mindful indulgence. Our menu is completely free from artificial dyes and GMOs.
